ICBs Complaints Procedure
At ICB complaints are taken very seriously.
Please fill in the complaints form with details of the complaint, your name, contact details and the name of the person the complaint is regarding.
If you have any evidence you would like to submit, please email it to email@example.com
All complaints are handled by the ICB board, once your complaint has been submitted you will be contacted by a member of the ICB Board, you may be asked for more details about the complaint, this may take up to 5 days.
The complaint and all evidence will be taken to the ICB Board who will look into the complaint in depth.
You will be informed of the outcome of your complaint.
